You can now set a default service form and tracking form on any job. When a technician opens the service report, those forms are automatically pre-selected โ no manual picking needed each visit.
Set a default checklist on a job and it will be automatically assigned the first time a technician opens the job โ no extra steps required.
The job scheduling flow (New Job on the Customers page) now includes Service Form, Tracking Form, and Checklist pickers for one-time, multi-date, and recurring job types. Defaults carry through to all generated jobs.
When creating a multi-date job, toggle on "Different forms per date" to assign a unique service form, tracking form, and checklist to each individual date.
Recurring schedules created for multiple days (e.g. Mon + Wed + Fri) now appear as a single card showing all day chips. A single "Cancel All" button stops the entire group and cancels all upcoming jobs at once.
The History tab in the service report dialog now takes up the full width and no longer shows the service report form alongside it, which was confusing.
The job list in the customer Scheduler tab now shows upcoming jobs at the top (soonest first), followed by a "Previous Jobs" divider, then past jobs in reverse order (most recent first).
The Edit Job dialog in the Scheduler tab now includes Service Form, Tracking Form, and Checklist dropdowns โ so you can update the assigned forms on any existing scheduled job without recreating it.
Each job card in the Scheduler tab now shows small labels for any assigned Service Form, Tracking Form, and Checklist โ giving you a quick at-a-glance view of which forms are configured for each job.
